Bedroom 2 The Daisy Room- Beautiful original tiled flooring, volte a stella ceiling, large window to courtyard, door to living room, king size four-poster bed and single bed.
Bedroom 3 The Olive Room- Lecce stone style flooring, 'volte a stella' ceiling, large windows overlooking the beautiful olive grove avenue, king-sized four-poster bed and single bed.
Bedroom 4 The Courtyard Room- long, versatile room which is currently set up with a double and a single bed but can be set up dormitory style, double 'volte a stella' ceilings with light well, and Lecce stone style flooring, door to hallway and doors which open onto the inner courtyard giving a secret view of the swimming pool. .
Ballroom - Magnificent double star vaulted ceilings, large stone fireplace, large sofa, dining table, Lecce stone style floor with stone mosaic inserts, large window onto inner courtyard and a lightwell in the ceiling .
Kitchen - Newly-fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric over, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Lecce stone style flooring and a large window with views overlooking olive grove avenue.
'Il Piccolo' (The Small Apartment) is a self-contained villetta across the courtyard from the main body of the Masseria, opening on to the secret garden and pool area. It has:

Bedroom 2 - 4.81m x 3.82m 'Volte a stella' ceiling, 3 single beds, large window to pool area, doors to bathroom and kitchen, chandelier.
Living Room - 3.38m x 4.56m It has a sofa, chandelier, door onto inner courtyard and kitchen.
Kitchen - 3.35m x 4.53m Fitted kitchen. Doors to private courtyard.

The Sunset Suite is a breathtakingly beautiful open plan apartment that comprises the whole of the first floor of the Masseria. Tall windows overlook the immaculate vineyards to the front of the property with far reaching views to the castle in Oria and beautiful sunsets at night
The main room is 11m x 5.7m. To one end is a magnificent stone fireplace, to the other end is a fitted kitchen. There is a dining table. The sleeping area has a four-poster bed and a single bed. The apartment has majestic double 'volte a stella' ceilings, and a huge period chandelier The window overlooks the private roof terrace and all of the surrounding oliver and citrus trees.
A private enclosed roof terrace overlooks olive and citrus groves and has a seating area.
Gardens, Courtyards and Swimming Pool

The Masseria is set in the most idyllic countryside. To the side is a delightful avenue of olive trees which yield the most delicious oil you have ever tasted! To the other side is an orchard of citrus, peach, plum and fig trees. To the front is the most immaculate and beautifully-kept vineyard you'll ever see. There is a large courtyard to the front of the Masseria which leads to the private chapel. This courtyard has wonderful trees and flowers surrounding it. It leads to the gorgeous vaulted inner atrium which in turn leads to the very large inner courtyard which is set up for outside dining. It also has wonderful mature trees. An inner tunnel leads to the secret walled garden that houses our magnificent swimming pool. This is 10m x 6m and is hand-crafted with beautiful mosaic. It is surrounded by the ancient walls with a garden area with citrus fruits and prickly pears. There is a pool toilet and shower. At the other end of the inner courtyard is the magnificent walled citrus groves. We have dozens of types of orange, lemon, lime, mandarins, clementines and avocados - all organically farmed, and irrigated via our private artesian well.
