We have spent some wonderful days. The house is beautiful, the surroundings are fields full of vineyards and olive trees, the cicadas sing and it smells of figs. It is how one imagines Italy in one's most beautiful dreams. Karen is a great host and Andrea, her trusted partner, is very attentive to any problem or suggestion. We were a group of 16 people and we fit perfectly. Highly highly recommended!!!

I was blown away by the beauty of Masseria Terra di Marina and felt relaxed immediately. The views are stunning, the house has so much character and the location is fantastic! The pool is superb and well looked after.
The local town of Oria is absolutely charming and the Italian people are extremely friendly. I will definitely return to this magical place.
Many thanks to Karen, it was perfecto!

I had a wonderfully, quiet and peaceful time at the Masseria, very rustic, the large swimming pool was a delightful surprise, great for swimming and relaxing by. Would highly recommend Masseria Terra do Marina, if you’re looking for somewhere to relax and get away from it all. There are lovely beaches and towns, half an hour’s drive away, if you want something more.

I loved the swimming pool and the courtyard spaces inside the Masseria. It was fun to be able to just lay in the hammocks in the orchard! The room we were in was beautiful and I slept really well the whole time we were there.

Beautiful old masseria/farmhouse situated amongst olive groves and vineyards in the heart of Puglia.
I was attending an amazingly relaxing yoga retreat, this was held in the 17th C chapel which is part of the property or by the large poolside area. There are beaches just 25 mins drive away. and stunning historic towns to explore nearby.
Oria is the nearest town, just 3.5 k away perfect for sightseeing and to enjoy the many bars and restaurants it has to offer

Beautiful old stone farmhouse, styled with chandeliers and 4 poster beds, with an amazing pool. Countryside location means you wake up to the sound of cicadas. Lovely gardens with loads of different fruit growing. And it even has a chapel for weddings! Great location for access to beaches which are about 25 minutes away and the same distance to the airport. Highly recommended!

What a week! This beautiful rustic 17th Century Farmhouse held 12 people beautifully while we practiced morning yoga by the pool and evening candlelight yin in the chapel.
From the amazing high ceilings, to the fabulous tiled floors, to the numerous arches, the beauty of the Masseria has withstood the test of time.
The fruit orchard gave us fresh pomegranates every morning, I’ve never tasted anything so good, I think I might be bewitched.
I can’t wait to return to the Masseria to teach again, in this beautiful space with beautiful people.

A wonderful week on a restorative yoga retreat at this stunning Masseria ..
Set in the peaceful Italian countryside surrounded by vine yards and olive trees, located just outside Oria . it’s the perfect setting and base to explore this beautiful area.
The yoga retreat itself was perfect with our wonderful teacher Catherine and hosted by Karen who provided everything you could possible need . Tasty, freshly prepared and cooked local dishes for dinner and a vast array of freshly picked fruit from the garden , local cheeses , pastries and eggs for brunch with amazing coffee .
The pool was perfect and the accommodation very comfortable with all the amenities you could need.
I am looking forward to staying again lsoon ! Thanks Karen

We stayed for a couple of weeks at the end of the summer and had a fabulous time. The house itself is roomy, well equipped and brimming with character. The pool is the Jewell in the crown though, we used it every day and was a perfect place to relax.
Oria, the nearest town is full of fantastic restaurants and cafés, and the nearest beaches are wonderful. You’re also well placed to explore all the sights Puglia has to offer. Recommend

What a great holiday destination. It's a beautiful old farmhouse with nice stone floors and high ceilings. We even had access to a roof terrace, where I did my early morning yoga as I watched the sunrise. I really loved the little courtyard and picking fresh figs straight from the tree every morning. The pool at the house is amazing and a great hang out spot. There are some beautiful beaches not too far and Oria is a great, unassuming little town. (Definitely check out the ice-cream in Bar Kenya!) We have lots more exploring to do in Puglia, so I can't wait to go back to stay at Masseria Terra di Marina soon!!

I stayed for a week at the Masseria Terra di Marina with my family in August 2022 and we had one of the best holidays ever! The Masseria is simply one of the best places we've stayed in, so much character and charm with the most amazing swimming pool and surrounding orchards and vineyards. We hired a car and went to new beaches almost every day. My two daughters loved their first visit to Italy and were blown away by the wonderful food that was on offer. I would thoroughly recommend this beautiful, authentic Puglian farmhouse for a truly restful and recuperative break.

I had a fantastic yoga retreat week at the Masseria! The place is beautiful, it's surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and there is a garden at the back with fig, pomegranate and citrus trees.
The retreat hosted by Karen was really great, we had yoga twice a day, delicious meals (breakfast was prepared by Karen and dinner was supplied by a local caterer - amazing local food!). Masseria is in a good driving distance to a few local towns - a perfect base for exploring the south of Italy! The accommodation was lovely - my room was large, but very cosy and quiet with a comfortable bed. The house is clean and the bathrooms are well maintained. This place is very special and I definitely recommend it to anyone for holiday or another retreat - I will definitely be back!
